FAMEEX to Gradually Retire Existing China Users

Dear users,

To respond and comply with the local government regulatory requirements, FAMEEX has banned the IP addresses from Mainland China, Macau China, and Hong Kong China. Users will no longer be able to visit our platform by using all these IP addresses. 

To those existing users from above countries, we suggest stopping withdrawals, deposits, any transactions and KYC verification and finally closing your account, but before that, remember to cancel all of your orders and withdraw all assets. 

FAMEEX plans to close all these accounts gradually and will be completed the closure by 31 Oct, 2021 at 23:59:59 (SGT). All the users’ assets will be refunded orderly and safely.

We put a lot of effort into protecting users’ assets and compliance. We have been trying to comply with the law and regulation worldwide. We believe that this is the best way to protect our users.
