How to Reset Login Password (App)

1. Open FAMEEX App and tap the profile icon on the upper left side.

2. Choose [Security] and then go to [Edit Password].

3. Proceed to Security Verification: Click [Send Code] and a verification code will be sent to your registered mobile and email. Please check and enter it timely and [Submit].

4. Enter your new login password and then click [Submit] to complete your password reset.

Note:

1. You will be required to proceed with your registered email and mobile verification when resetting your password.

2. a) If you register FAMEEX account with a mobile, you will need your email or Google Authentication to verify. 

    b) if you register FAMEEX account with an email, you will need your mobile and Google Authentication to verify. 

3. Please note that withdrawals from your account will be suspended for 24 hours after a password reset due to security reasons.
