Terms & Conditions
1. Only eligible users who apply and participate in the event can claim rewards.
2. Users with the same cumulative futures trading volume will be ranked according to their trading timestamps. The top 5 ranked users cannot receive the rewards simultaneously as Achievers.
3. The rewards for each tier are distributed based on the highest tier and cannot be accumulated.
4. The trading fee coupon will be effective immediately upon claim, valid for 15 days. It will automatically expire after the deadline.
5. The futures trading volume includes the total amount of opened and closed positions in USDT and USDC perpetual trading.
6. The rewards will be distributed within 7 working days after the end of the event.
7. Users will be disqualified, and accounts frozen under the following conditions:
1) Carrying out the above missions through the API.
2) If more than 2 accounts use the same deposit or withdrawal address, the accounts will be frozen.
3) Operating multiple accounts (≥2) with the same IP address is prohibited. If discovered, the winnings will be retracted.
4) Multiple users (≥2) registering through the same device is forbidden, and users can only claim the winnings through 1 device.
5) Users will be disqualified who are deemed to be wash trading or illegally bulk registering accounts, as well as for trades that appear to be self-dealing or market manipulation.
8. The above event terms apply to all users who participate in the event at any given time. Please note that Apple is not a sponsor and is not involved in any way with this event. FameEX reserves the right to the final interpretation of the event.
